Construction
As subcontractor, we build a defined package to the main contractor's drawings and programme. As main contractor, we carry the owner's whole scope from mobilisation to turnover, including every specialist trade we bring onto it.
Our construction work
Supply
We supply building materials, finishes and equipment to contractors, project owners, hardware retailers and distributors, whether or not we are building the project. Every order is supplied to the agreed specification and delivered to site, store or warehouse, anywhere in the Philippines.
Each order is quoted line by line, with price, delivery and terms set out in writing.

Materials arrive as specified, works are built as drawn, both checked before we call them done.

06Practical questions
For construction works, send the drawings, the BOQ or a scope description, the site location and the target start. For materials or equipment, send the product list or specification, the quantities and the delivery destination; those three set the price. If something is missing, we ask for it before we estimate.
Yes. We hold structural, masonry and metal works packages today as subcontractor to MDC on Parklinks and to the Taisei–DMCI Joint Venture on the NSCR, and we take fit-out, architectural and renovation packages as well. Each package is priced and contracted on the scope you define. See Construction.
Yes. Supply is quoted and contracted on its own, with or without a construction contract. Contractors, developers and procurement teams can order materials and equipment from us for their own sites, and hardware retailers and distributors can buy from us for resale; see Wholesale supply.
Yes. We supply materials and equipment to order and deliver them anywhere in the Philippines, to a project site, a store or a warehouse. The delivery point and date are agreed with each order, and the destination is reflected in the price.
Yes, for construction packages and for supply packages. Send the package title, the submission deadline and the tender documents with a bid invitation. Our acknowledgment confirms receipt only; we decide whether to tender after reviewing the documents.
Yes. Mark Bhryan Gonzales, our Chief Executive Officer, and a Sales Representative present our construction work and what we supply, online, at your office or at a project site. Accreditation documents are provided on request. Arrange a presentation with your preferred times; a preferred time is a request until we confirm it.
