We carry an agreed scope from mobilisation to turnover, up to a whole building, and coordinate every specialist subcontractor inside it.
Structural, masonry and metal works packages, taken as subcontractor or within a larger engagement and built to the main contractor's drawings, programme and site rules: the work we carry today on high-rise towers and railway stations.
Architectural works and interior fit-out for stores, showrooms, clinics and offices, built on a record of retail store fit-out, renovation and maintenance.
Renovation, refurbishment and upgrades to existing premises, sequenced around the owner's operations.
03Why Tradehive
What an owner, a developer or a main contractor can hold us to on site.
Our current packages on Parklinks for MDC and on the NSCR for the Taisei–DMCI Joint Venture are built under another company's programme, drawings and site rules. A main contractor who brings us on is not teaching a new subcontractor how a major site runs.
As main contractor, we bring each specialist trade onto the scope and take responsibility for its work. The owner deals with one contract and one company, not with each subcontractor in turn.
Fit-outs and renovations often happen in buildings that are still trading, staffed or occupied. We plan the sequence of works around the owner's operations before the programme is set.
On Parklinks we name the structural and masonry works we carry for MDC; on the NSCR, the metal works for the Taisei–DMCI Joint Venture. Our proposals state your scope with the same precision, with inclusions and exclusions written out.
We hold PCAB Contractor's Licence No. 58271, and our Chief Executive Officer, Mark Bhryan Gonzales, can present the company to you in person.
04Programme
The stages between your first message and turnover.
We read the brief, the drawings or the BOQ, and settle scope, location, stage and timing with you before a figure is put on anything.
Where the scope or the ground conditions call for it, we walk the site before pricing, subject to coordination.
A written proposal for the agreed scope: what is included, what is excluded, and how each specialist trade is handled.
We mobilise, build to the drawings and the programme, and coordinate every specialist subcontractor inside the scope.
The works are checked against the drawings before we call them done, then turned over with the documentation agreed.
The programme is illustrative. The timing of each stage is settled with you for the scope in hand.

06Pricing
Little is needed to begin. Drawings, a BOQ and specifications sharpen the price, and they can be sent later.
A fixed price follows a complete brief: we confirm the fit first and ask for anything missing.

Yes. Send a bid invitation with the tender documents and the submission deadline. We review the documents before deciding whether to tender; the acknowledgment confirms receipt only.
Location, scope, project stage and desired start are enough to begin. Drawings, a BOQ or specifications help and can be attached or sent later. A budget figure is optional; "not yet decided" is a valid answer.
