Confirm the order against the agreed quotation. The required downpayment and other payment terms are set out for that order.
The order is prepared to the agreed specifications. Any proposed change is submitted for your agreement before proceeding.
Delivery arrangements are coordinated for your destination and receiving requirements. Costs and lead times are confirmed for the order.
Check the goods on arrival and report any damage, defects, or differences from the agreed order. We handle reported issues under the applicable supply terms.
