Introduced by a Tradehive representative.
Before the first package or the first order, meet the people who will answer for it.
A presentation of Tradehive Corporation, construction contractor and construction materials supplier in Makati, given by our Chief Executive Officer and a Sales Representative. It is prepared around the decision your team has to make, and you can ask for one well before there is a budget, a BOQ or a tender.
01Who you will meet
Our Chief Executive Officer presents, with the Sales Representative who follows up.
Mark Bhryan Gonzales
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Bhryan Gonzales leads Tradehive and its site teams, which are sized to each project. He expects the scope in a contract to be the scope delivered, the works to be checked against the drawings and the materials against the specification, and he will discuss your package or your order on those terms.
A Sales Representative
Your point of contact
The Sales Representative presents with him and remains your contact after the meeting, following up and taking forward any quotation request, tender or request for documents.
02How it runs
It starts with the decision in front of your team.
01 Your decision first
We begin by asking what your team has to decide: whether to invite us to bid, accredit us as a contractor or supplier, award a works package, or place an order for a site or for resale.
02 The topics you chose
We cover what you asked for when you arranged the meeting, in the depth your decision needs, and leave aside what does not bear on it.
03 Our record, package by package
We bring featured works that bear on your decision, the packages we hold today and those we have completed, each with the client we contracted with and the exact scope we carried.
04 The documents your accreditation needs
If your procurement team is accrediting us, ask for our accreditation documents when you arrange the meeting and we provide them to your team.
03What it covers
Five topics; the meeting covers the ones you choose.
Construction
The roles we take, main contractor or subcontractor, and the structural, masonry, metal works, fit-out and renovation packages we carry, including those on site today.
Project supply
From your BOQ or specification to a written quotation priced line by line, and delivery to your site anywhere in the Philippines.
Wholesale supply
Opening orders and repeat orders of construction materials and equipment for hardware retailers and distributors, with terms shaped by volume.
Featured works
Selected projects, each stated with the client we contracted with and the exact package we held.
Accreditation
Our registration and licence, and the documents your procurement team needs to accredit us.
04Where it happens
We present online, at your office or on a project site.

Online
Your team joins from wherever it is working, which makes it a practical first meeting before anyone travels.

At your office
We present in your meeting room, so management, procurement and your engineers can hear it in one sitting.

On a project site
We meet you on the site the package or the order is for, where the scope can be read against the ground.
A presentation on site is subject to coordination with the site and the team that runs it. If you are not yet sure of the format, choose “To be arranged” and we will agree it with you. For an in-person meeting, the city or province is enough when you ask; the address can follow once the meeting is arranged.
05What helps us prepare
A sentence or two from you shapes the whole meeting.
- Your business interest
- Construction, supply, wholesale or accreditation, so we prepare for the decision you actually face.
- The topics you want covered
- Any of the five, so the time goes where your team needs it.
- A current requirement or tender, if there is one
- A package out to tender, a BOQ or an order in view, so we bring the works and documents that bear on it.
None of this is required to request a meeting.
06After the meeting
After the presentation, the Sales Representative follows up.
You hear from us by email or phone, whichever you asked for. If you want to go further, a quotation, a tender response or the accreditation documents your procurement team needs can follow, each on its own request. The meeting itself places no order and commits neither side.
07Arrange a presentation
Tell us what your team has to decide, and we will prepare the presentation around it.
What the request asks
- What the meeting is about: construction, supply, wholesale, accreditation, or more than one.
- What it should cover, in a sentence or two.
- The format you prefer, and the city or province for an in-person meeting.
- Up to two preferred times, or leave it to us to propose one.
- Who will attend from your side, and any documents you would like us to bring.
When we receive your request, you get an acknowledgment with a reference.
It is not a confirmed appointment: the time you suggest stays a request until we confirm it, and we contact you by email or phone to agree the time and who attends.
