Check the quoted products, specifications, quantities, and terms before confirming. The required downpayment and other payment arrangements are stated in the quotation.
02 Prepare the supply
The order is prepared to the agreed specifications. Any proposed change is submitted for your agreement before proceeding.
03 Coordinate delivery
Delivery is arranged against the agreed destination, timing, and site receiving requirements.
04 Inspect and report
Check the goods on arrival against the order. Report any damage, defects, or differences to Tradehive for review and resolution under the applicable supply terms.

05Delivery & installation
Plan the delivery around your site.
Site access, receiving hours, and unloading arrangements affect how an order can be delivered. Include these details early so responsibilities and costs can be established in the quotation.

Share your destination and required delivery dates, including any sequence the project needs. Freight, handling, timing, and receiving arrangements are established for the order.
Installation and commissioning
If you need installation or commissioning, include it in your inquiry. Availability is assessed for the product, location, and scope, and confirmed separately from the supply of goods.

Can you quote selected items from our BOQ?
Yes. Send the relevant extract or identify the items you want quoted. We’ll confirm which items we can supply and identify any exclusions in our offer. You do not need to place the entire project’s supply requirements with Tradehive.
What if our specifications or quantities are still being finalized?
Send the information available and identify which details are provisional. We can review the requirement and explain what else is needed. Final pricing and supply arrangements depend on the confirmed products, specifications, quantities, and destination.
Can you propose alternatives for approval?
If alternatives may be considered, tell us which requirements must remain unchanged. Any option we propose will be identified for your review. Acceptance remains with your project’s designated approving party, and changes are agreed before supply.
Can deliveries be arranged around our construction sequence?
Include your required dates, quantities per delivery, and site receiving restrictions in the inquiry. We’ll assess the proposed sequence against sourcing and transport requirements and confirm the available arrangements and costs in the quotation.
Can you provide product data sheets or samples for approval?
Tell us which documents or samples your approval process requires. Availability depends on the product and manufacturer. We’ll confirm what can be provided, together with any applicable cost or lead time, before you proceed.
Can installation or commissioning be included?
Installation and commissioning are assessed case by case according to the product, location, and work involved. Request them with your supply inquiry so we can confirm availability and define the scope, responsibilities, and pricing.
What happens if delivered goods do not match the approved specification?
Report the discrepancy to Tradehive with the order reference, the agreed specification, and photographs or inspection findings. We’ll review the issue against the order and coordinate the next steps under the applicable supply terms.
