What we check before a single line is priced
You send
A BOQ extract, drawings, specifications or a plain description with quantities, plus the destination and target timing. Attach the files or describe the requirement; either is accepted.
We check
Whether we can supply each line, the specification detail still missing, the quantities, freight to your site and whether your timing is realistic.
You receive
A quotation for the lines we can supply: specification, quantity, delivery basis and what Tradehive answers for, with every exclusion spelled out.

No quiet substitutions
"Or equivalent" is where a specification is most easily lost. On our quotations, equivalence is a question put to you and answered against the BOQ line, never a decision made on your behalf and discovered when the goods are unloaded.
A contractor's eye on cost
Site orders lose money in familiar places: a grade above what the work calls for, quantities that do not match the BOQ, freight assumed, not quoted. We put each to you before a line is priced, so the site pays for what it needs, delivered.
Deliveries timed to the programme
We work to a main contractor's programme ourselves, on Parklinks and the NSCR. A delivery the site cannot yet receive is as much trouble as one it is still waiting for, so we ask for your sequence during the specification review.
One company for works and materials
Where we hold a works package on your project, the materials for it can come from us too. The works and the materials in them are then covered by one company, so a defect does not have to be traced between a contractor and a separate supplier.

01 Specification review
We read the requirement, the BOQ or the product list line by line and tell you which lines we can supply.
02 Quotation
Product, specification, quantity, delivery basis and what Tradehive answers for, in writing.
03 Order and downpayment
You confirm the order against the agreed quotation. The downpayment for that order is stated in its quotation.
04 Supply to specification
The order is prepared to the agreed specification, and nothing on it changes without your agreement.
05 Delivery
Delivered to your site, store or warehouse, anywhere in the Philippines, and priced by destination.
06 Inspection and after-sales
You inspect on delivery. Defects and replacements are ours to resolve under the quotation terms.
The stages are illustrative, not promised lead times. Downpayment, delivery and replacement terms are stated in each quotation.

Delivery
Freight, handling and timing differ from one destination to the next, so the quotation states them for your site rather than assuming one figure for everywhere.
Installation and commissioning
Installation and commissioning are discussed case by case. Ask for them in the inquiry and we will confirm whether they are available for that product and location.

What project buyers ask us
Can you review our BOQ?
Yes. Attach the BOQ or an extract and we go through every line, telling you which we can supply and which we cannot. You do not need to retype it.
Can we submit drawings or specifications instead of a product list?
Yes. Drawings, specification sheets and reference models are all usable. The more precise the specification, the closer the quotation.
Who answers for the order?
Tradehive Corporation. We issue the quotation and the invoice, make the delivery and resolve any defect found on arrival under the quotation terms.
Is our deadline realistic?
We assess it during the specification review and say so before quoting. No arrival date is guaranteed until the quotation is agreed.
What happens if a product fails inspection?
Defects on delivery are Tradehive's responsibility to resolve under the quotation terms for that order. Replacement arrangements are stated per order.
Can you install as well as supply?
Installation is discussed case by case and depends on the product and location. It is not offered universally; say if you need it and we will confirm.
What about pricing, lead times and payment terms?
They are set per order. Every order is supplied to its own specification, so we price it after review rather than publish a price list or a blanket lead time.
