Each group is supplied to order in commercial quantities, to your specification. For anything outside them, send the requirement and we will tell you whether we can supply it.

02Terms
Priced by volume, specification and destination
Unit price and freight per unit both move with quantity, so wholesale terms are set for each order. Tell us the product, the opening quantity, the destination, the order type and how often you expect to reorder, and the quotation sets out terms for that order.
No minimum order, downpayment percentage or replacement timeframe is published here. Each is stated in the quotation for the order.
Reorders and replacements
The specification you agreed, on every reorder
Reorders are placed against the specification agreed on your first order. Where a product can vary from one batch to the next, the quotation says so and states how consistency is handled.
Defects on delivery are Tradehive's responsibility under the quotation terms, with replacement arrangements agreed per order.

We know who buys from you
Contractors at your counter ask for a product by its size, grade and finish. We are a contractor ourselves, so we quote to that description line by line, and what reaches your store matches the specification your customers will ask for.
Unit prices that follow volume
We quote each line against the quantity you order, so the volume you buy is reflected in the unit price. Freight to your destination is stated in the quotation, so you know your landed cost before you set a shelf price.
The second order matches the first
A shelf that changes grade between deliveries loses the customer who came back for the same tile. We hold each repeat order to the specification of your opening order, and where a product can vary by batch, the quotation tells you before you commit.

01 Specification review
We read the requirement, the BOQ or the product list line by line and tell you which lines we can supply.
02 Quotation
Product, specification, quantity, delivery basis and what Tradehive answers for, in writing.
03 Opening order and downpayment
You confirm the order against the agreed quotation. The downpayment for that order is stated in its quotation.
04 Supply to specification
The order is prepared to the agreed specification, and nothing on it changes without your agreement.
05 Delivery
Delivered to your site, store or warehouse, anywhere in the Philippines, and priced by destination.
06 Inspection and after-sales
You inspect on delivery. Defects and replacements are ours to resolve under the quotation terms.

What retailers and distributors ask
Will the terms work for our store?
That depends on the product, the quantity and your destination, which is why terms are set per order rather than published. Tell us the intended opening order and the reorder pattern you expect, and we will say whether it is viable.
What quantity is practical?
Commercial quantities: pricing and freight per unit change with volume. There is no fixed minimum order published; the quotation states what works for the specification and destination.
Can we reorder the same specification?
Yes. Reorders are placed against the specification you agreed. Some products vary from one batch to the next, so the quotation states the reorder basis for each item.
How are defects handled?
Defects found on delivery are Tradehive's responsibility under the terms of the quotation. Replacement arrangements are agreed per order rather than promised as a blanket policy.
Do you hold local stock or offer credit?
No. Everything is supplied to order against a confirmed requirement, and no credit facility is offered on this website. Payment terms are stated per quotation.
