We learned our trade where the opening date does not move.

Behind the hoarding of a store that has not yet opened, the last things to arrive are the ones every customer will see. Floor tile in cartons, stacked by batch. Shopfront glass, crated on edge. Aluminium framing, light fittings, sanitary ware, each specified by the brand to its finish. Each delivery is checked against the drawing set before it goes up. A tile from the wrong batch stays in that floor for as long as the store trades.

That is where Tradehive started: store fit-outs, and the renovation and maintenance that keep one open, on a Levi's store and on PROMOD branches from Davao City to Cagayan de Oro. Fit-out teaches a contractor early what a late delivery costs.

From fit-out the work moved onto larger sites, where a package is built to a main contractor's programme and inspected before the next trade follows. For MDC BuildPlus we carried masonry and fit-out packages on The Gentry Residences and other Makati towers. For Euro Towers we built the structural works on Milan Residenze Fairview. We have also been engaged for whole construction, from a pair of two-storey residences to a four-storey commercial building, and for design and build.

Today our crews are on Parklinks, holding the structural and masonry works on the North Tower and the masonry works on the South Tower as subcontractor to MDC. Two structural packages on the North Tower were completed in 2025; the work continues. On the North South Commuter Railway we carry the metal works at the West Valenzuela and Marilao stations for the Taisei–DMCI Joint Venture. A fit-out for a private client is also under way, the kind of work we started with.

The lessons of fit-out hold on a tower, at a larger scale. A late delivery stands a crew down; a substitute nobody approved has to come back out; a specification lost between contractor and supplier is paid for twice. That is why Tradehive also supplies materials and equipment, and why we deal with the factories ourselves.

We supply construction materials, equipment and machinery to contractors, project owners, hardware retailers and distributors, to specification and delivered anywhere in the Philippines, whether or not we are building the project. We work directly with partner factories in China, YOSBO Lighting Solutions and Dongguan Xuyu among them, not as a conventional reseller. Across construction, fit-out, electrical, plumbing and mechanical scopes, the company that carries the works also supplies what goes into them.
