What we collect when you inquire
When you submit an inquiry, tender invitation or meeting request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, role, email address and, if you choose to be called, your phone number; the description of your requirement; optional budget, timing and location information; and any documents you attach. We also record the page you came from, campaign tags and a representative code where present, so we know how you found us. We do not collect government identification, bank details or payment information through the website.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, assign it to the right team, prepare a quotation, proposal or meeting, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you separately opt in, and marketing consent is never a condition of submitting an inquiry.
Who handles it
Your inquiry is reviewed by the Tradehive team responsible for it. Service providers that host the website, store inquiries and send email process the data on our behalf under contract. [List providers once the production stack is confirmed.]
Attachments
Drawings, bills of quantities, product lists and other documents you upload are stored privately with access limited to the team handling your inquiry. They are not published, not placed at public web addresses and not sent to analytics services.
